- …Some sellers overprice their properties, which makes them stay on the market longer. I’ve noticed some in these communities stay on for 100+ days, simply because they’re overpriced. If you look at the price histories of such properties, they often experience at least several price reductions. This is why I always advise my seller clients to price their properties correctly, because overpricing in any community can hurt a seller’s bottom line in the long run.
- The Eastview and Westview condos have around 500 units combined, which is a lot of units. Statistically, bigger buildings generally have higher turnover rates, since there are more units that have the potential of going on the market.
