Carriage Hill is a community that is located in the center of Vienna, VA. It is conveniently located for people who work in Washington D.C. but don’t want to live in the city. There is easy access to the I66 from the neighborhood, as well as several other main routes into the city. It is also a short walk to the metro stops which can also take you into Washington. 

Homes in Carriage Hill tend to be large, detached properties. There is a lot of privacy because homes in this area are situated some distance apart. The average home in this area has four or five bedrooms, with the same number of bathrooms. They have a large amount of land and many of the homes have swimming pools in the backyard. It is also common for properties to have at least one garage. It is not as densely populated as some of the neighborhoods in the area.
