Heritage Hill of Alexandria is located less than 12 miles from Washington DC and just one mile from the Huntington Metro station. It’s a well-established townhouse community in the Franconia neighborhood of Alexandria, VA. Hoffman Town Center is slightly more than a mile away and offers a huge array of shopping and dining options, as well the AMC Hoffman Center 22. Restaurants include Foster’s Grille, Hunan Café, a delicious Chinese restaurant that delivers, and Sumo Hibachi & Sushi Restaurant, which not only delivers, but allows you to place your order online.
Residents who enjoy spending time outdoors will appreciate the fact that Jefferson Manor Park is right across the street. The park has a nice sized playground, a baseball field, basketball court, pavilion, grills, and green space that is perfect for running around. In addition, Huntington Park is slightly more than a mile away and includes a great playground, along with a walking trail.
Children (and many adults) living at Heritage Hill at Alexandria will definitely like that Great Waves Waterpark at Cameron Run Regional Park is less than 3 miles away. Great Waves has several waterslides, pools, a mini-golf course, and batting cages. You may want to consider getting an Annual Pass.
