Kings Park is a single-family detached homes subdivision located in Springfield, VA. It is located just south of Braddock Rd and easy access to the west on Rolling Rd. Ronald Reagan National Airport is 17 miles away, Annandale is to the North, only 4 miles away. So, with very light traffic, a commute into the DC is only 30-40 minutes away (depending on the time of day and traffic) making this an ideal location for commuters. Now, if you’ve watched some of my other videos, you understand how traffic can be in Northern Virginia. So it’s just very important to keep that in mind, and to research different traffic patterns, research different times of day you’ll be commuting to understand how long your commute will take each day. Giant Foods and Whole Foods are minutes away as well as pharmacies, a local library and dine in and take out options. Inside of the Kings Park subdivision is Kings Park if you’re looking for a quick hop over for a walking excursion or playground outing. This park features some of the original hardwood trees from the Revolutionary period. Danbury Forest Community Pool services members for aquatic activities. Accotink Creek runs to the east of the neighborhood, featuring greenways, trails and biking options all along Lake Accotink. This is an ideal location for easy access to shopping centers like Walmart and Target.
