Many condos in Herndon are comparable in price to single-family homes. Some condos do feature private back patios and small yards.
For fine condo living in a high-rise environment, there is no better place to live than the gorgeous dark and light brown building on Neil Armstrong Avenue. Each single-story unit has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and garage parking. Located close to bus lines and other amenities, folks who live in this Herndon neighborhood love to boast about their excellent schools. Built in 2016, these new condos are hard to come by, especially due to their location on the corner of two cross streets.
The condos on John Glenn Street are comparable in price to those on Neil Armstrong Avenue. These two-bedroom, two-bath, single-story homes were built in 2015. Schools nearby are ranked the highest in Herndon, making this a prime spot. This elegant red brick building is filled with charm from the front entranceway clear to the back doors of this artsy building. Hallways are filled with subtle artwork in soothing colors. Homes have large open floor plans, hardwood floors and gorgeous hardwood cabinets. Walls of windows allow an abundance of light to fill each home. Granite counters, fireplaces and other special features make these homes worth every penny.
The Worldgate Condominiums on Westcourt Lane are also fantastic options. These one- and two-bedroom condos, built in 1994, are small and cozy. All condos on the market are renovated to perfection. They also enjoy leaving their car at home and walking to the nearby Herndon area shops, restaurants and entertainment venues.

The three-story red brick townhome complex on Spring Street, in the Spring Park Station neighborhood, has spacious two-car garages, open floor plans and plenty of front-facing windows. Folks in this neighborhood enjoy the fact that home is just a few minutes walk to Old Town Herndon. Here, locals can enjoy various dining establishments, shop at a number of specialty shops and popular stores, and have easy access to the many local festivals that take place in the Old Town area.
The Wellesley neighborhood is filled with many charming white-siding townhomes. One such building, located on Saint Johns Wood Place, has open floor plans, hardwood floors and a ton of upgraded features.
