A lot of people find me on my website and read about my real estate professional services, so unlike some salespeople, I don’t need to beg for business. I’ve done over 30 sales and over $10 Million in sales volume in the last year alone, so my marketing approach doesn’t need to be a high pressure one that’s based on calling people and repeatedly asking them to work with me. The funny thing is, I hardly ever call buyers and sellers who find me on my website, as I prefer to correspond with them via email. I find email puts people at ease by giving them their space, and it lets them know that they’re not going to be bothered.
If you find me on my website, we start corresponding about your real estate needs, and we decide we’re a good match to work together, great! But if not, no worries at all!
What Does Having a “No Pressure” Real Estate Professional Mean for Your Home Search?
In addition to not pressuring you to get your business, perhaps even more importantly, should we choose to work together, I’m very “no pressure” during your home search as well. I’m not desperate to make a sale, and my first priority is to get you into the right home. If you find the right home after seeing five properties, then great, but if it takes 50 homes (and it has :) ), that’s absolutely fine!
