Can You Buy a Home in the Spring in Northern Virginia for a Reasonable Price?
… When the spring comes, it’s important to understand that you might end up paying market value for a property, instead of perhaps getting a great deal, but paying a fair price for the home of your dreams isn’t a bad proposition. Another thing to take into account is that interest rates are so absurdly low right now, which won't last forever, and this helps make whatever property you end up purchasing a good deal because of your lower payments and lower interest paid over the years.
So, while the spring market can initially seem frustrating due to increased competition and paying closer to market value, there are some positives as well, not the least of which is having more properties come on the market.
