If your lender starts missing their appraisal deadline, their financing deadline, etc. not only is this extremely frustrating to you, but the tough thing is that if your lender is a name and number who works out of an office in the mid-west, it’s just as hard for your agent to follow up with them to see what’s going on as it is for you to reach them.
