  • During this time period, sales of 1-bedroom/1-bath condos ranged from $255,000 with a $3,000 seller subsidy to $264,000.
  • Sales of 1-bedroom/2-bath properties during this time period ranged from $388,000 with a $4,500 seller subsidy to $390,000.
