Find a Skyline Square Condo for Sale – View All Properties Currently on the Market
There is also a short sale Skyline Square condo for sale, and it’s currently listed at $230,000. It would be a good deal even at around $220,000 or its current list price, since remodeled units around this size in the past 6 months have sold for anywhere from the high $200,000s to low $300,000s. However, since it is a short sale, and since the utilities are off (which means a buyer wouldn't be able to test all the appliances with the power on during a home inspection), someone very well might be able to get this one for cheaper than its list price.
