Finding the Right Cheap Condominium in Northern Virginia – Choosing Your Location
For the most part, the highest priced condos are found in Arlington near the Orange Line and in Old Town Alexandria. However, you can find condos for under $250,000 even in these more expensive areas. If you look a bit farther west in Fairfax County or in the Alexandria part of Fairfax County, it’s more common to find condos at these lower price points.
Are Amenities Important to You?
Usually, the more amenities a Northern Virginia condo community has, the more expensive it is, and the higher the condo fees. Often, if you want a cheap condominium, you’ll need to buy a property in a community that might have a great location, but doesn’t have a lot of frills, like an indoor or outdoor pool, exercise room, concierge, 24-hour security, etc.
