If you’re looking for an upgraded 2-bedroom/2-bath condo in Oxford House, you should expect to pay somewhere in the $280,000s to $290,000s. It's a little odd that the property currently listed at $289,900 hasn't sold yet, since it is priced well compared to the similarly upgraded units that have sold recently, and given the extensive updates it has throughout. Since it hasn't sold yet, it will likely sell for a few to several thousand dollars lower than list price.
The 2 most outdated Oxford House condos that sold had fairly nice carpeting, and one that sold for a net sales price of $265,000 had new stainless steel appliances.
