- 9096 RIBBON FALLS LOOP – closed at $333,000 in October 2013.
- 12016 LAKE BALDWIN DR – closed at $340,000 in October 2013 with a $10,000 seller subsidy.
- 11952 BENTON LAKE RD - $335,000 in October 2013 with a $5,000 seller subsidy.
- 9204 ALVYN LAKE CIR – closed at $334,900 in January 2014 with a $4,065.11 seller subsidy.
As you can see, the closing prices range from $333,000 to $371,000. Overall, the homes in Pembrooke that sold toward the higher end of that price range had the most upgrades and/or more square footage.
