Currently Listed Summerridge Condos
My last post listed all of the sales of 2 bedroom, 1 bath Summerridge condos in the last six months. 11727 Summerchase Cir. #B sold at the end of the summer, when the market was more active, which probably helped give it a boost even though it didn’t have any upgrades. 11707C is on the market in the middle of winter, which is a less active time. However, it’s the only 2BR/1BA for sale right now, which will boost its appeal among buyers who have been looking to move to Summerridge. I would say it’s probably worth somewhere between $244,000 and $248,000.
Here are the recent closed rental transactions of 2 bedroom, 1 bath Summerridge condos in the last six months:
- 11711 Summerchase Cir. #B was listed at $1,350 per month and closed October 28th at $1,400 per month.
- 11719E Summerchase Cir. #1719-E was listed at $1,500 per month and closed September 19th at $1,500 per month
- 11731 Summerchase Cir. #E was listed at $1,475 per month and closed at $1,475 per month on August 28th.
In the last six months, the longest active rental listing of a condo in Summerridge took 36 days to close, which is good news for investors regarding the rental demand in this community.
