There is currently just one property for sale at The Cove – a 1BR/1BA condo listed at $275,000. There’s also one condo currently under contract – this is also a 1BR/BA unit, and it was listed at $249,900 before it went under contract. However, the pending sale is a short sale, so keep in mind that short sales usually have closing prices that are under market value.

- 3151C ANCHORWAY CT #C – this 2BR/2BA condo closed at $305,000 in October 2013.
- 7594 LAKESIDE VILLAGE DR #B – this 2BR/2BA condo closed at $357,000 in January.
As you can see, the closing price range of one bedroom condos at The Cove over the past six months was $202,500 - $215,789 and the closing price range of two bedroom condos was $305,000 - $357,000.
