Since there are so many fantastic Alexandria condos, this “Top 3” list was a tough one to create. Located in the very popular Del Ray area of Alexandria, the Auburn Village condo community consists of cute, colonial style buildings set on 12 acres of beautiful grounds. This garden style condo community is within walking distance of the Potomac Yard Metro station.
2. Exchange at Van Dorn

The Exchange at Van Dorn condo community consists of newer garden style condo buildings located within walking distance of the Van Dorn Metro station. Residents like the spacious floor plans, garage parking, and the many amenities this community has to offer, which include a basketball court, gym, swimming pool, and dog park.
3. Pointe at Park Center
