…The lowest sale of $340,000 was originally listed much higher, and sold once - went all the way to settlement, then the buyer defaulted. So, they had to put it back on the market and begin again. In addition, there were few pictures of the inside, and they were poor quality photos. There was also a $340,000 sale of a 623 sq ft unit with no enclosed balcony.
