Alexandria Real Estate for Sale – Search All Properties on the Market

Parkside at Alexandria

Analyzing properties comparable to 2-bedroom/1.5 bath townhome-condos with taxable living area around 1,050 square feet:

- SOLD COMPS from past 6 months - net of $304,000-$325,000

- RENTAL COMPS - $1750-$1925

Westridge of Alexandria

Analyzing properties comparable to 3-bedroom/2.5 bath townhouses with taxable living area of around 1,500 square feet:

SOLD COMPS from past year - net of $431,000-$440,000

- Most of those had an extra full bath, but were a little smaller. But one 3/2/1 sold for $440,000

- A 3/2/1 is currently under contract, after being listed at $419,000

RENTAL COMPS from past year - only one - $2195 (3/3/1)

Huntington

Analyzing properties comparable to 2-bedroom/1-bath duplexes near the Huntington Metro station with taxable living area of around 900 square feet:

- SOLD COMPS  - same as above. Many properties sell for high $280,000s/low $300,000s, though some of the more updated units have sold into the $330,000s.

- RENTAL COMPS - $1500-$1820 (many around $1700s)

Amberleigh

Analyzing properties comparable to 3-bedroom/2.5 baths with taxable living area around 1,200 square feet:

- SOLD COMPS - most are high $300,000s to around $420,000

- RENTAL COMPS - $1950 - $2250
