How Much Should You Expect to Pay for a Property at the Arlington Condominium?
- For a 2-bedroom/1-bath condo, you should expect to pay somewhere from the high $200,000s to around $325,000 or so.
- For a 3-bedroom/2-bath condo in this community, you should expect to pay somewhere in the high $300,000s.
- 2-bedroom properties with more square footage tend to sell for higher prices in this community. For instance, 875 sq. ft. models usually sell for prices that are at the high range of closed comparable sales.
- Properties at the Arlington condominium that have more upgrades usually sell for higher prices. For instance, units with newer floor tile, granite counters, tile backsplash, newer cabinets, and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen usually sell for more.
- Properties with hardwood floors and upgraded bathrooms also usually sell for higher prices.
