  • A 2-bedroom/1-bath estate sale closed in November for $240,000 (way under market value), which is common with these types of “distress sales”. 
  • There’s currently one 2-bedroom/1-bath short sale under contract after being listed for $270,000.
  • Standard sales of 2-bedroom/1-bath properties ranged from $282,150 with a $5,400 seller subsidy to $320,000 during this time period.
  • There was only one 3-bedroom/2-bath sale during this time frame. It closed for $387,500 with a $500 seller subsidy.
  • There’s currently one 3-bedroom/2-bath property on the market, and it’s listed for $339,900.
