Cheap Condominium Options - Are In-Unit Washers and Dryers Important to You?
There are a lot of great condo communities in places like Arlington and Alexandria that are in awesome locations, have low condo fees, lower sales prices, and don’t have in-unit washers and dryers. Instead, they have a centrally located community laundry room or a laundry room on each level of the building. These condo communities often make great investments, rather you’re looking to live in your condo and have great resale potential when you sell, or perhaps use your condo as a rental property. Condos that have in-unit washers and dryers tend to sell for higher prices, so this is another thing to consider as you look for the right cheap condominium.
As you can probably tell, there are a lot of great cheap condominium options in Northern Virginia.
