There are a lot of beautiful Northern Virginia condo communities with very reasonable condo fees, but there are many with condo fees that are so high they make you feel like you’re paying for a second mortgage! If a condo community has very high condo fees, it usually either means that it has a lot of amenities to make up for this, or it’s poorly managed. I’ll help you find properties that have a balance of amenities and condo fees that is right for you.
