What I like about the Parkside at Alexandria community:
- It’s ideally situated close to lots of restaurants and dining options, and makes commuting into Washington D.C. a breeze.

- Reasonably priced properties
- Fairly low condo fees
- Pet friendly!
I've had a couple clients buy at Parkside at Alexandria in the past few months. Many of the units are completely remodeled, and some are a bit dated, which presents an opportunity for getting a good deal on a property.
There are currently two 1-bedroom units for sale, and both are patio level units. They're priced in the $250,000s, and are large units (over 1,000 square feet) with washer/dryers in-unit. The condo fees are low (under $300/month).
Another cool thing about Parkside at Alexandria is that you get one parking tag with a 1-bedroom condo, and then you can buy an extra parking tag for $50 per year.
