In particular, there’s an interesting property there worth mentioning that’s currently on the market - It was sold as a fixer upper to the current owners back in April of this year. It closed for $380,000 in April of this year. It looked like it was in pretty rough shape, and had an unfinished basement. The listing was advertised to builders and investors as a property that could be torn down. That property was totally renovated and is currently on the market for $575,000.
