Crushed Cellars is a family owned and operated winery located in the Waterford Cluster, smack dab in the middle of Virginia's wine country. But there's more than meets the eye here at this small boutique operation.
Award-Winning Fare
For instance, although Crushed Cellars only produces approximately 1,500 cases of wine every year (from 10 acres of fruit) you can expect each visit to be packed with award-winning fare, from their delicious whites and reds to their local artesian cheeses, fresh baked breads and more. But, that's not all - the Tasting Room has an inviting and fun atmosphere, filled with modern features and plenty of natural light. Furthermore, it has a patio that overlooks a beautiful pond - making this space the perfect relaxation spot. What's more? This quaint, but charming, farm is also pet and family friendly.
Although it is a relatively small winery, it's safe to say that Crushed Cellars is an under-the-radar gem hidden smack dab in the middle of Virginia's Wine Country. But, if you would like to visit, it's important to note that it's only open on Saturdays and Sundays from 12pm to 5 p.m. Also, if you will be traveling with a group, you should call ahead.
