The Byron Falls Church – Unit Types and Amenities
You can find several sized condos at The Byron, and they range from one to three bedroom units. The square footage of the units will depend on how many bedrooms they have. Typically a one bedroom unit will be 1032 square feet, with the three bedroom units measuring 1998 square feet. The three bedroom condos all come with three bathrooms. All of the units have a spacious kitchen with stainless steel appliances, walk in wardrobes, balconies and fireplaces. The building was only constructed in 2006 so all the facilities within the condos are very modern.

Each condo has a small balcony that is accessed from the living area, so residents have the option to dine outside or sit watching the activity on the street below and admiring the views of trees.

There is also a complimentary shuttle bus that will take you from the condos to the nearest metro station. As well as excellent transport links into Washington, it is also easier to travel further away via Route 66 or flying from Dulles Airport in Washington.
As for getting around by bus, there are bus stops along West Broad Street that service multiple bus routes. Therefore, it is easy for people to use the buses to commute to work or travel for leisure purposes.

The Plaka Grill has recently been refurbished and has an outdoor eating area that is very popular in the summer.
