The Hyde Park condominium community is a well established complex of 322 units in a 12-story building in Arlington, Virginia. Constructed in 1973, the building was converted to condominiums in 1980. It is situated just four blocks away from the Ballston Metro Orange Line and just a short walk to the Ballston Mall, Harris Teeter and a number of other nearby shopping and dining options.

In addition to being close to the Ballston Metro Orange Line, there are also many bus stops within walking distance of the Hyde Park condos. These are located along North Henderson Road, North George Mason Drive, 2nd Street North, and North Carlin Springs Road.
