Trammell’s Gate is an established condominium/townhome community in Falls Church, VA. The community is just 9 miles from Washington D.C. and a short walk from the East Falls Church Metro Station, bus stops, dining, shopping, entertainment, and more. West Broad Street is another spot for a weekend stroll. The beautiful murals are fun to look at while perusing the offbeat specialty shops and cozy taverns and pubs.
State Theater is truly a legend in Falls Church and isn’t far from the community. The old-style cinema now hosts live performances from underground and local musical groups, cover bands, and even big-name performers. Beforehand, stop next door at Claire and Don’s Beach Shack for a seafood or vegetarian dinner with a cocktail. Afterwards, there are multiple coffee shops for a sweet treat.
Residents can also make the short drive to D.C. via I-66 for even more shopping, dining, and entertainment options.
