Residents of River Towers enjoy many amenities including a pool, basketball courts, roof terraces, a picnic area with grills, and walking/biking paths. The complex offers storage units (at an additional cost) and recreational facility rentals.

The Belle View area is served by Fairfax County Public Schools, which is consistently ranked one of the top districts in Virginia. Students generally attend Belle View or Bucknell Elementary School, Sandberg Middle School, and West Potomac High School.
