David Kohyar

“We bought a house with David Kohyar. He was also amazing. He brought us out every weekend with our 4 year old and 11 month old to show us several houses.”

Rachel L., Dumfries VA

“David was very helpful in every way possible. He was very patient with us looking for a home, since we were very particular about what we wanted. He showed us many listings and was very accommodating to our schedules. He is super friendly and made the whole first home buyer experience amazing!”

Jackie C., Lorton VA

“David is a great agent. David is knowledgeable, honest, patient and easy to work with. Purchasing house is a very stressful process; however, David made the process easy and smooth for us. He was responsive to all my questions and concerns. He was incredibly good in negotiations. I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home.”
