Hampton Pointe also has a few 3 bedroom, 3 bath condos. Hard to come by because no one wants to leave them, these units do eventually hit the market. Every unit has parking available, which is a plus in Northern VA. Located just over 22 miles from Washington, D.C., residents of Hampton Pointe have the option of leaving their car at home and taking alternative transportation into the city. Although it is normally a nice 35 minute drive, during rush hour the traffic can be a nightmare. It's nice to be able to head to the nearby metro station and catch a bus or train into the capital or surrounding areas, and back home again when the day is done. At day's end it is always a welcoming sight to see the entrance to Hampton Pointe - there's no place like home.
